April 13, 2026It was well, well worth the price of admission and more. My friend and I had a great experience and I personally vouch for the vermicelli noodles made with the house special. I took a risk trying a new dish and was handsomely rewarded. A really nice place and I was impressed with the whole experience. Everything was sharp and fresh. The noodles were cold and crisp and the sauce was really nice. Just a very good experience.

April 12, 2026The food at Bamboo Bistro is great. Every dish that came to our table was, well-presented, and clearly made with care.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by an incident I can't overlook. Our waiter spilled an entire drink on me -- soaking my clothes -- and while the staff were apologetic, no one offered to comp my meal or even the drink itself. Understand that mistakes happen as i have done the same thing in the past as a server in college but surprised. A simple gesture like that would have gone a long way toward turning a frustrating moment into a forgettable one.
